Homestead High School Spring Break – 2024

• July 18th, 2023: $150 Deposit Per Person
• November 7th, 2023: 60% of Reservation Total
• January 11th, 2024: Final Payment Due

We will do our best to add people to the group after the initial deposit date is past but we can’t guarantee pricing or availability after the initial deposit date. After deposit has been paid, any changes to your reservation will be the hotels discretion and will be at current pricing at the time of the change.

Funjet offers two different options and the insurance cost is based on final trip cost. Both plans are a cancel for an reason plan and the difference is the type of refund – cash back or a future travel credit plan. Insurance must be decided and paid for prior to the second deposit deadline of November 7th, 2023.

Travel Protection Options:

• Travel Protection Plus – Cash Refund – receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans change and need to cancel (average cost is $229.99per person)
• Travel Protection Plus – Full Travel Credit – great budget friendly option. Same great Travel Protection Plus Coverage, just a lower price point and you just need to travel again with Funjet within 395 days of original departure date. (average cost is $104.99per person)

The cost of the insurance is always nonrefundable

Both Travel Protection Plans include:

• Cancel for any reason, for whatever reason, and you’re covered – Cancel for ANY reason!
• Worry less about travel mishaps- now up to $3000 in catch up expenses if trip is delayed by 6 hours or more, up to $300 if bags are delayed, up to $1000 for lost belongings and up to $50,000 reimbursement of medical expenses if you get sick or hurt during your trip, plus up to $75,000 for emergency transportation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made on or before November 7th, 2023 will result in a $75 penalty per person.
• Cancellations made on or after November 8th, 2023 are non-refundable. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Booking Terms:

• A valid passport is required for travel and should be valid for at least 6 months past your return date
• Please provide names EXACTLY as they appear on passports and birthdates for all travelers in the booking form.
  
• If a minor is traveling without one or both parents, they should travel with a notarized letter giving permission for this trip.
• An adult 25+ must be listed in each room
• Passports will be verified at the time of check-in and ID can be asked for at any time
• Exact rooms/bedding/location will be assigned at the time of check-in. We will send all requests to the hotel and they will do their best to accommodate your needs based on availability at the time of check-in.
• Current hotel policy allows guests 18+ to use the facilities located next door at the Breathless Punta Cana – hotel policies can change at any time
• The group must maintain 10 rooms or more to qualify for these group rates.

Frontier Airlines Advisory:

Frontier luggage fees are determined by Frontier Airlines and may be purchased directly with Frontier once your confirmation code is made available by Funjet (approximately 40-days prior to departure). Seat assignments are available to purchase at this time or will be assigned to you at the time of check-in.

Frontier Airlines is now charging for Airport Agent Assistance (up to $25 per passenger, per direction). This applies to passengers requiring assistance for check-in, boarding passes, and/or bag tags when self service is available.
